Womb Clearing & Healing entails an hour long traditional Maya ceremony using a handwoven Faja womb cloth. This cloth is woven with the influence of the celestial sky and each color represents a healing element. I provide a clearing by performing a set of sequences with this cloth. You simply stand up when I need you to and lay down when it is needed. You will feel many shifts from the clearing session provided by the detailed movements and positions I work with the Faja. I have personally learned this womb work from the K'iche Maya Midwives of Guatemala Ixquik, Roasalia, and Reina. Following the clearing, I will apply an herbal infused womb oil, and perform Maya abdominal massage also known as soboda combined with Ayurvedic womb massage. This combination is helpful for healing stagnant womb spaces, trauma, infusing connection, fertility, and more. It is my pure honor to hold space in this way and transmit the gifts of old lineages. Total: $89

Postpartum Doula Care  can be crafted based on your wishes, I typically do 2-3 hours of care in the house per day. I prepare medicinal foods and herbs that boost vital energy that is lost after birth. I provide child care, light cleaning/ tidying, emotional support, and most of all physical support during your recovery time. I have a background in traditional postpartum care and have learned from many traditions around the world including: Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Mayan wisdom. I can also perform Postpartum Mayan Womb Wrapping as well as Ayurvedic Belly Wrapping with a combination of Maya/ Ayurvedic Womb Massage for the postpartum time per request. Materials not included in price.
